Summary

Updates the API module dependencies to address the MCE 2.9 CVEs.

  • golang.org/x/net: v0.38.0 -> v0.56.0
  • golang.org/x/text: v0.23.0 -> v0.39.0
  • Regenerates api/go.sum and api/vendor.
